Are your prices flat-rate or hourly?
Our packages are flat-rate so you always know what you're paying upfront. No surprise charges at the end of the job.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — many customers provide a key or door code. We're fully insured and background-checked, so you can trust us in your home.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, though we often have same-day and next-day availability. Contact us to check.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If anything was missed, we'll come back and fix it at no extra charge.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes — boxes, tape, and padding are included in our 1–2 Bedroom and 3–4 Bedroom moving packages. Studio moves can add packing materials for a small fee.
